With the "Review Charts" tool, you can track the dynamics and ratings of reviews of your app by day; monitor deleted reviews, and control the number of responses to reviews.

You can easily track the moods of your users (depending on the country or version of the app).

From the menu, select the Reviews section, the Review Charts tool.

Select a country or multiple countries (for App Store) / language or multiple languages (for Google Play).

Select the period for which you want to see reviews. All data on the page will be displayed for the selected period.

On the first graph, you will see the number of reviews and the distribution of reviews ratings (from 1 * to 5 *) by day for the selected period. Hover over the bar to see the number and ratings of reviews for that particular day.

This graph is useful for tracking reviews with replies (for example, for support monitoring).

On the graph, you will see all the reviews in relation to the responded reviews by day for the selected period. Hover over the bar to see the number of reviews left and responded for that day.

In this graph, you will see the number of reviews deleted (by the store) by day for the selected period. Hover over the bar to see the number of removed reviews for the specific day.

On the App Store, each country has its own rating and reviews.

In the "countries" tab (selected by default) you will see a table for each country:

In the "Versions" tab (selected by default for Android; for iOS, you have to select the "Versions" tab in the upper right corner) you will see a table for each country:
