In ASOMobile, go to the Reviews section → Integrations.
Login to your App Store Connect.
Go to Users and Access section.
Add a new user with a new email for example ASOMobile@<your_company>.com
Add Customer Support role to work with the section Rating & Reviews. It is necessary to confirm the invitation by mail.
In ASOMobile, click Add App Store Connect Account.
Enter Email and Password for your account and select one or more applications.
Enter your two-factor authentication code and click Add App Store Connect Account. If you did not enter the code right away, it may be inactive because it has expired. In this case, resubmit the code.
The status in the list changes to “Authorized”.

Check the roles for your App Store Connect account
Sign in to your App Store Connect.
Go to the Users and Access section.
Check the Roles for the account. Successful integration requires the Customer Support role.
